Communication Through Physical Theatre Workshop
This workshop explores how movement, storytelling, and physical theatre can deepen communication and human connection. Through guided exercises, participants will investigate how the body expresses emotion, intention, and narrative beyond words.
Designed for both movers and non-dancers, the workshop focuses on listening, awareness, and collaborative exploration. Participants will leave with tools for connecting more authentically with themselves and others through movement.
